A depleted Donaghadee Ladies’ 1XI may have gone down 2-1 to Ballynahinch on Saturday but it was lovely to have defenders Jodie Ingham (far left) and Sarah Hooks (far right) on the sidelines cheering on the team for the last match of the 2022/23 season. Both have been out of action since around Christmas – and have been missed – but thanks to a strong showing in the first half of the season, the 1XI amassed enough points to finish Senior League 3 in fourth position. The 2XI of DLHC have 4 remaining games, the first of which is away to Belfast Harlequins on Saturday, pass back 2.30pm at Deramore.
